Before any funeral order leaves our shop, we call the funeral home to confirm the service date, time, and the name of the deceased. If the service has moved, been rescheduled, or is being held at a church or graveside instead of the funeral home’s chapel, we’ll catch it and redirect your flowers — at no extra charge within our delivery area. You don’t need to know the service time to order.

Funeral Flower Questions

What if the service is on a Sunday or Monday?
Our shops are closed on Sunday and Monday, but you can order online any time. Orders placed by Saturday are delivered before a Sunday service or first thing Tuesday morning.
What should I write on the card?
Short and sincere works best. Include your full name so the family knows who sent it. If you are stuck, leave the message blank at checkout and we will suggest wording.
What if I do not know the service time or date?
You do not need it. Enter the name of the deceased at checkout and we will find the obituary, confirm the time with the funeral home, and deliver before the service begins.
What does in lieu of flowers mean?
It means the family has asked for donations instead of flowers. You can honor that, or send a small arrangement to the family home. A card with a donation note is always appropriate.
How do I know my flowers arrived?
We text or email you when your arrangement is placed. If you are ordering from out of town, you will have confirmation before the service begins.
Should I send flowers to the funeral home or to the family home?
For the visitation or the service, send to the funeral home. If you would like them enjoyed longer, or the obituary says private service, send to the family home.
How late can I order funeral flowers for a service today?
Call us at 832-706-0134 and we will tell you what we can still get there today. It depends on the service time and the location, so it is always worth asking.
Can several of us send one arrangement together?
Yes, and it is common. Coworkers, neighbours and groups often send one larger piece with every name on a single card. Give us the names at checkout.
Do you deliver to churches and gravesides as well as funeral homes?
Yes. We deliver to churches, gravesides and cemeteries as well as funeral homes. Tell us where the service is and we will get it there before it starts.

Immediate family send the casket spray. Close friends and extended family usually send a standing spray or a wreath for the chapel. Coworkers and groups often send one arrangement with all the names on a single card. For a cremation or memorial service, a wreath or table arrangement beside the urn suits the room better than a casket spray.
