Our shops are closed on Sunday and Monday, but you can order online any time. Orders placed by Saturday are delivered before a Sunday service or first thing Tuesday morning.
What should I write on the card?
Short and sincere works best. Include your full name so the family knows who sent it. If you are stuck, leave the message blank at checkout and we will suggest wording.
What if I do not know the service time or date?
You do not need it. Enter the name of the deceased at checkout and we will find the obituary, confirm the time with the funeral home, and deliver before the service begins.
What does in lieu of flowers mean?
It means the family has asked for donations instead of flowers. You can honor that, or send a small arrangement to the family home. A card with a donation note is always appropriate.
How do I know my flowers arrived?
We text or email you when your arrangement is placed. If you are ordering from out of town, you will have confirmation before the service begins.
Should I send flowers to the funeral home or to the family home?
For the visitation or the service, send to the funeral home. If you would like them enjoyed longer, or the obituary says private service, send to the family home.
What should I send to a service at Collins & Johnson?
