In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Jane has definitely impressed me with how beautiful the flowers were and how quickly she was able to handle my order. I have a client whose wife is sick. I wanted to get them some flowers very quickly. I reached out to Jane and told her I was interested in. Wanted to know if she could get something over that day. She said yes so I sent her information over to my operations manager. By the time I got back to the office, I had a photo of these beautiful flowers. I had a message from the client saying how grateful they were for them. Jane had had them delivered. We had paid for them and they were affordable and it was beautiful and I could not ask for more. I’m used to using a florist where I have to go pick the stuff up and you have to call many days in advance for delivery. Sometimes I’m on the phone with a new employee who really doesn’t know what’s going on and it’s a struggle. I did not have that problem. I will use her for everything.
