Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Put in a late order for a standing funeral spray, it was stunning! They used the most unique variety of flowers that fit the request perfectly. More than that, I was so worried it wouldn't be ready in time since I was so delayed in ordering. But they sent me a personal message reassuring me they would have it ready in plenty of time. They came through and sent a message when it was delivered early. Thank you for your beautiful creativity and outstanding customer service during a very difficult time.
